That’s why ILM has reimagined its leadership and management qualifications at levels 2–5, launching a streamlined, modernised suite designed for real-world results.

The great news is that GEL has been fast-tracked for approval to deliver all of these new qualifications and we plan to launch them in June 2026 so keep an eye on our website.

In a series of forthcoming blogs, we will outline the content and simplified structure for the Award, Certificate, and Diploma, for each level and the progression pathways, making it easier for learners to progress.
