Michaela is GEL’s Managing Director and she manages a wide range of programmes so each day brings variety to her job.
Michaela’s client-facing role includes meeting HR Business Partners to discuss their staff learning and development needs; managing in-house training; contract management of apprenticeship training, conducting tripartite learner reviews meetings. She is the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
