Why Should You Attend?

We all spend a great deal of time in meetings and they are often the most effective means of communication between two or more people. If you run meetings or participate in them regularly, it is important to know how to maximise their chance of success.

A properly organised and well run meeting can save time, generate ideas, solve problems and increase motivation. On the other hand poorly run meetings are often a major cause of frustration and dissatisfaction at work.

The course aims to provide the skills and know-how to enable you to run and take part in meetings which achieve outcomes, encourage participation and are welcomed by those taking part as a constructive work activity. It also aims to introduce a range of tools and techniques to make meetings more effective and achieve results.
